I recall my mom praying for me as a child and teenager. Even after I was married, she prayed for me. I can surely testify that her intercession for me. I know I have been saved from many dangers because of my mom’s praying on my behalf.

As a result, I practice praying verses over my children. Because I have personally seen and experienced God’s power and saving grace which occurred because of my moms’ prayer for me; I pray for my children. I want to encourage you to do the same. Life is filled with uncertainty, the only constant is God. Don’t take it for granted, nor underestimate the importance and significance of calling upon God for help, protection, provision guidance, and more. These verses can also become part of your declaration for your family.
The all-knowing LORD has great plans for your family and you should desire to walk in them. He has gifted you with a special heritage. As you pray these scriptures, pray with the understanding that; Yes! my children are a blessing even when you don’t see all that God is doing in their lives. I believe Joshua understood this and that’s why he declared to the whole of Israel. “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” Joshua 24:15.” This declaration may not have meant that everything was perfect in his life and family. But it made his faith clear to those in His family and those around him. God’s word brings life, as you pray believe in the life-giving power in the word of God. Put your faith in Jesus today.

Ephesians 2 verses 8-10
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10 ESV
Prayer:- Dear Father, I declare that my children are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus alone. They are your workmanship, before they were born you planned their life, I declare they shall walk in this plan in Jesus name.
3. Pray that your children would be wise and protected from a life of regrettable errors
Proverbs 14 verse 16
One who is wise is cautious and turns away from evil, but a fool is reckless and careless. Proverbs 14:16 ESV

4. Pray that your children would not be lead away from the love of Christ by modern-day standards and trends
